Instant Meeting - Dispositions

  1. Sold: A single plan written, whether original lead OR you only sold their spouse, neighbor, friend, etc.
  2. Sold and Referral: Multiple plans written, Ex: original lead AND a sibling, spouse, neighbor or friend, etc. was also sold.
  3. Not Sold: Consumer was presented necessary plans in their area and did not switch/change plans.
  4. Not Eligible: Agent determines that the consumer is not currently enrolled in Medicare Parts A&B.
  5. Follow up: Waiting for approval on plan change, customer needs to think about It, or specifically requests to meet in person.
  6. Tech issue: Experienced technical challenges, for example: you were unable to hear the consumer.
